Our mandate is a Non-Discretionary mandate with the purpose of creating a fixed income portfolio that can generate stable cash flow and future appreciation for our client.
The U.S. government maintains a policy from the Federal Reserve to control inflation that will keep short-term interest rates elevated and this keeps U.S. treasury bonds at near all-time highs. For this reason, we recommend investing in UST Bills. This will allow the portfolio to be very liquid for future investment opportunities.
Considering that we are still in an inflationary period, we continue to recommend Real Estate as a hedge against inflation and the low correlation that exists with the stock market. To do this, we recommend investing in Real Estate Bonds (ETP’s).
The Latin American Corporate Bonds and ETFs managed by J.P Morgan that we are recommending will increase yields and generate cash flow.
