We are currently in the process of completing the civil works. Permits were submitted to the city and we are executing the fire lines (Fire System). Next month we will start the penalization of the buildings.

With 9 months to go, the engineering phase of the project has been successfully completed and has undergone the corresponding inspections. Only one permit modification remains to be implemented before drywall installation can begin.

We are in the process of roofing, stucco, plumbing and electrical construction. We are also in the process of installing windows and air conditioning system.

Property under contract for sale for $4,725,000.00, closing is scheduled for the end of October and its return is 21%.

This project closed in September for $4,900,000.00 with a return of 19.44%.

DUPLEX

We are in the final design phase and the interior design will be defined in the coming weeks. Progress has been made on permitting issues and we expect to have them 100% approved in 2 to 3 months. We are also moving forward with the demolition permit and once everything is approved by the city, we will start construction immediately.

CO-LIVING MIAMI

We are currently in the initial design and architecture phase. The estimated permitting time is approximately 10 months. It was determined that the property will have 22 units and a total of 78 doors.

REDOAR LIVING1 LLC

We have concluded the land acquisition process below the estimated value, and initiated environmental and topographical studies for the efficient development of the project. In addition, we have completed the preparation of 2 designs (multi-family building and 4 houses) for approval by the authorities and financial evaluation. We have also finalized the survey execution and have pre-approval of the loan.
