US HOUSING REDITUS FUND LLC was established by a team of experienced and successful real estate entrepreneurs with the objective of acquiring and developing unique and economically attractive real estate opportunities.

US HOUSING REDITUS FUND LLC is currently involved in real estate acquisitions, focusing on affordable housing units, among other real estate projects in the South Florida area and other potential markets identified by the Portfolio Manager. The portfolio will consist of housing products in urban areas, where affordable housing is likely to continue to attract government support and subsidies in the way of favorable financing in the South Florida area and other potential markets identified by the Portfolio Manager.

The fund will acquire, manage, develop and sell real estate properties and projects in the South Florida area. The acquisition and development of Real Estate portfolios present an alternative investment opportunity for Non-US – Investors, as said term is defined below, seeking to benefit from unconventional yet stable and revenue-producing real estate investment vehicles.

US Housing Reditud Fund II

Due to the success and complete subscription we had with our first $ 25,000,000 issuance our investment managers have decided to launch US Housing Reditus Fund II with an issuance amount of $ 50,000,000.

US Housing Reditus Fund II  will be managed by US Housing Reditus CRE Advisors LLC, a U.S. based commercial real estate (“CRE”) investment platform focused on the opportunistic acquisition of commercial real estate throughout the United States. By applying  investment discipline, in-house underwriting, and a hands-on asset management and disposition  strategy, the Investment Manager seeks to produce  optimal value from each investment and generate positive risk-adjusted returns.

The Investment  Manager has a successful track record of 25+ years  acquiring and managing real estate investments. The  Investment Manager will focus on  transactions with an average size between $10 to $50 million per purchased asset.

REDITUS MORTGAGE FUND (RMF) was formed for the purpose of originating, investing  and managing a diversified portfolio primarily consisting of investments  residential mortgage loans, including  qualifying and Non-QM mortgage loans, real estate bridge loans, construction loans, real estate debt securities, other mortgage and real estate secured loans, and related instruments with underlying properties located throughout the United States. RMF’s primary investment objective is to pay attractive and consistent cash distributions on a quarterly basis by rigorously evaluating numerous investment opportunities to find those that can support the distribution target.

RMF is managed by a group of structured real estate, mortgage origination, fund management, finance and real estate professionals.  The management team provides asset selection, management, origination, investment sales, marketing, investor relations and other administrative services on RMF’s behalf with the goal of maximizing the RMF’s cash flow, profitability and long-term interest holder value. This combination of real estate mortgage origination, management and finance experience is a critical competitive advantage.
